Share N’ Care Dinner & Comedy Night

6:00-9:00 pm – Crow River Winery

Includes: Signage on promotional items, program signage, (4) tickets to the event

Scramble for Life Golf Tournament

Monday, August 14th, 2017
12:00 noon Shot Gun start – Crow River Golf Club

Tournament Sponsor – $4000
Opportunity to include mutually agreed upon promotional material in golfer goodie bags, large banner, one tee sign with sponsor’s name/logo, ½ page acknowledgment in golfer program, one foursome in tournament

Hospitality Sponsor – $3000
Large banner, ½ page acknowledgement in golfer program, one foursome in tournament

Hole Sponsor – $1800
Recognition displayed at sponsored tee box/green, one foursome in tournament, listing in golfer program

Half Hole Sponsor – $900
Recognition displayed at sponsored tee box/green, listing in golfer program, one twosome in tournament

Dinner Table Sponsor – $750
Signage displayed at dining table, listing in golfer program, one twosome in tournament

Lunch Sponsor – $500
Name/logo on to-go lunch containers, listing in program, dinner included for two

Score Sheet Sponsor – $500
Name/logo on score sheets, listing in program, dinner included for two

Raffle Sponsor/In-kind Donor – $100+
Name listed by sponsored raffle, listing in golfer program, acknowledged during raffle drawing


Gala

Saturday, November 18th, 2017

Gala Table – $1000
Includes: Program signage, (8) tickets to the event

VIP Table – $2,000
Includes: Program signage, (4) VIP Tickets which includes admission into VIP pre-party

In-kind Donor – $150+
Want to support the event in another way? Be an in-kind donor for the silent or live auction. Our auctions helped raise over $20,000 at our last Gala. We ask that donations be of a $150 value or greater.


Annual Event Sponsor

Includes: Website recognition, recognition in all printed programs and recognition wall, (4) golfers in the Annual Scramble for Life Golf Tournament, (8) Tickets for the Share N’ Care Dinner, (8) Tickets for the Gala (can substitute for 4 VIP tickets), Scholarship donation.
